Filming on Campus
A television crew will be on campus from 10:00 a.m. until midnight.
Filming and related activity will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Dabney Lounge, on the Athenaeum west lawn, in the walkway between Ricketts and Fleming Houses, and on Beckman Lawn.
Filming and related activity will take place from 5:00 p.m. to midnight on Bechtel Mall, the Athenaeum west lawn, and Beckman Lawn.
Areas immediately surrounding these locations will be affected by the production, and preparation and clean-up will take place in each location before and after. Service areas will remain accessible for deliveries, as will assigned parking spaces and parking for people with disabilities. Some walkways will be temporarily blocked at times, but ramps and building entrances for those with disabilities will always be accessible.
While the Office of Strategic Communications will do everything possible to minimize interruption and inconvenience, please be advised that there will be activity and noise equipment and people at the filming locations and those areas may not be accessible at points during the day.
PLEASE NOTE: Street parking along the perimeter of campus will be impacted as production vehicles and trucks will be stationed along the east side of Wilson Ave. (between San Pasqual and Del Mar) and on California Blvd. (across from Cahill and south of Blacker House). In addition, there will be temporary road closures on Tuesday between 5:00 PM and midnight on San Pasqual St. (between Holliston Ave. and Hill Ave.) and on S. Wilson Ave. (between California Blvd. and San Pasqual St.).
