A May 25 KTLA-TV Channel 5 segment of “Kurt the Cyberguy” included an interview with astronomer George Djorgovski discussing a new application that allows one to stargaze using a cellular phone.

A May 24 Honolulu Star-Bulletin story covered the submission of a draft environmental impact statement for the proposed Thirty Meter Telescope site on Mauna Kea, one of two possible locations for the telescope. Similar stories ran in other local publications and the Associated Press.
